New Holland rear orange lights come on without being turned on

I have my dad's TC48DA tractor. I can get off the tractor and head to the house and hour(s) later the orange lights above the rear turn signals will turn on. The switch is off and I have not found an apparent cause. Has anyone else seen this that can direct me to the possible cause?

Check for a loose wire that may be getting power by hanging down onto a hot connection somewhere between the lights and the dash. Maybe at or near the fuse box.

I'll look at it over the next few days. I have not seen anything previously but did not trace all the wiring either. Thanks.
