It's an opinion. Based on his experience. He is entitled to voice his opinion.

So you are saying you think a comment like this is a rational and unbiased opinion ?
"I'd be willing to bet I could pick up the TC29 with the loader on the 5000."

That is what he posted and it happens to be impossible so don't tell me he, based on his experience , is entitled to voice his opinion ! Let him prove his ridiculous claim with a picture which he is free to post. !

Karl - What ? Trying to make yourself feel good about your purchase at others expense ?.. What have you been smoking...? Go ahead and try to pick up a TC29 with your tractor and report back to us...!!!!

****...wish he'd share...

Bob, what exactly did it cost you for Karl to feel good? Watch your blood pressure :) A little exageration due to enthusiasm perhaps.

I hope Karl likes his tractor and all works out well for him.

Dave.

I'm just really glad I didn't get the smaller machine. it would have been way too small for me.
no I probably couldn't lift the 29D with the loader. not before rebuilding it anyway. that factory loader is beefier than many I've seen on newer tractors, I exaggerated a little, not smoking anything.

by the way, I believe it was phrased in the terms of a wager. anybody who wants to bring over a TC29 for me to try to lift, I'll gladly wager a good six pack. I'll probably loose, but it'll be worth it for the entertainment value.

I've got 80 acres to mow, brush hog, plow, till, log, etc. TC29 would be waaaaayyyyy too small for that kind of work. that's all.

It is Blue, if that's worth anything.
