New Holland TC35 won't start

My neighbor has a TC35. He went round and round for almost several years with these problems. He discovered the corrosion internal to the crimped cables by accident. He was just cutting the cables, and wham, there was the problem. He has also since by passed all the failing relays also. Eddie Walker did the best job, he completely rebuilt his entire wiring harness, and eliminated all these troublesome parts on his Branson.

Mine was doing same thing.Drove me nuts.Finally was checking new battery and twisted on cable real hard and lights on dash went from dim to bright.Couldn't tighten cable up no more.I guess when i was cleaning post i took to much off.I just twist it around every time now till it cranks.Gonna buy a new cable one of these days

Mine starts sometimes and sometimes I have to hit the key 5 or 6 times before it starts . I replaced the key switch. Safety switches seem ok? Anything else I should check ?
