For used parts look up Long Lane Tractor Parts in PA. They have quite the inventory of New Holland Boomer salvage tractors, might even have a used loader. Also Worthington Ag Parts sometimes has salvage TC tractors you can get fenders, lights, loaders from. Keep in mind the Case IH D and DX series tractors are the same tractor in red, and many parts are interchangeable.
New aftermarket loaders are available but extremely expensive, like ballpark $8k. Brands like Quicke, Woods, Koyker, or Ansung should have models to fit your New Holland. But I would try to find a used NH 16LA or Case LX116 loader first maybe on TractorHouse.com or salvage businesses referenced above. Hope this helps.
