New Holland TC40D. Won't turnover

I have a 2001 New Holland TC40D. Started, ran fine and brush hogged with on Saturday. Went to start it on Sunday the instument panel lit up, the glow plug indicator worked but when I turned the key to start the instument panel went out and and nothing. Checked the fuses all appeared OK, replaced the battery and cleaned terminals, still nothing. Any ideas?

I have a TC30 and had the same thing to me when brushhoging, A wire under where the cluch is came off,look under the
tractor and see if any wires are came a part.
