New Holland TC48DA 3PT Drops when engine cut off and drops when the hydraulic oil gets hot

My TC48DA has a problem with the 3PT dropping when the engine is turned off and when the engine is running it pulsates some. When the hydraulic oil gets hot it will get to where it won't lift by brush hog even with the engine running at the RPMs at the mark for the 540 RPM PTO. I'm wondering if this might be the lift cylinder piston leaking or something else. The FEL works as normal. Anyone have any suggestions? Possibly there are two problems, one the dropping and the other what's causing the oil to get hot.

The 3 pt lift cylinder has bad seals and won't load any load no more. Once the oil gets up to temp, it gets thinner so it no longer can lift any sort of weight.

How hot are we talking here? I would fix the seals first and proceed from there.

OK. I'll start with the lift cylinder seals. Bet that fixes the problem. I've not checked the temperature with a thermometer so it may not be as hot as my guessing and actually may be normal. Thanks for your response.
