Never did find out about the seal but I don't think that was the problem. I resealed the hub & that took care of the leak but I have another problem. Having a hard time getting good brake pedal. I have the service manual on brakes, hydraulics etc. I've made adjustments & the left brake is much better but still goes down too far but the right brake needs to be pumped to get good pedal. I have bled the system & the brake reservoir was full to start w/so I don't think the axle seals are bad. Both pedals are the same height but after adjusting the links going to the axle the first time to the specified 190 mm & the parking brake there were no brakes, not even the park brake. I put the links back to where they were & readjusted the park brake & as I mentioned earlier have decent pedal on left side but not the right. Park brake also works. I did jack up each side of the tractor to make sure the brakes weren't dragging after adjustments. Fluid in the reservoir was a light green color which I read on other posts is what it should be but the hydraulic fluid from the New Holland dealer is clear. Service manager said the green fluid is factory & what they sell is the right fluid. Could the right discs be worn or does the right slave cylinder have a bad seal. If any brake was used more it normally is the left side. Maybe I don't have the adjustments correct. Guess I need some help.
Thanks,
Dennis
