New Holland Tn75f engine trouble

Bought a second hand Tn75f with engine troubles. 6000h - 1998.
I try to figure out where it has gone wrong.
So far i checked all minor things.
Fuel ok - pump ok - injectors tested and ok.
It was cranking ( very slow) but not firing up.
I ve tried this with the injectors removed and noticed 2 cylinders where not blowing any air out, nothing!
I m not a mechanic and so far my knowledge...
It seems 2 Pistons in the Middle are not moving.
What could cause this? Blown piston?

Piston 1 and 4 are moving and blowing air out, 2 and 3 just don't.

Anyone a suggestion what i can try myself ? I m out of options myself.

I'm not a mechanic

Take it to one (or find someone to come out, that is). You could take the valve cover off for a look see first. Could be valves stuck, rockers broke, pistons/rings bad... Lots of expensive things, are possible. Hope you didn't pay much for it.

pull the valve cover off to check the valve train, if thats good;
pull the oil pan if possible or the head.
