New Holland Tractor Warranty

/ New Holland Tractor Warranty #11
Just bought a 2009, Tn75D, 300hours . Put into service of Feb '09. All warranties were transferred, but i did not ask them to, the dealer did it automatically(which i have in writing). This was bought on consignment thru the dealer. What i have is another yr, bumper to bumper(so to speak), and 2 yrs on drive train.

I don't know what they offered on your machine originally. Start there, your "dealer' might yanking your chain. As stated above, contact customer sevice, w/vin #'s on machine. Models vary with warranty coverage. If it's covered, I'd let the area rep(the dealers boss) know about the conversation, try to do everything by email, (w/dealer and rep) and hit the print button. Good luck.

I also have heard good things about TB Equipment, I have had good luck with Crown up in Caribou.

If in doubt, go over their heads to the company customer's service.
And where do you go to find that? I have searched the net and can't come up with an email address.

I had some warranty work done and the dealer covered it under warranty but they did not pay for the new oil, hyd fluid or labor to change both. They had to split the tractor and pull the pan gasket off. It cost me a total of $122.50 for fluids, labor and shop materials. The warranty bill was $2,200. I was shocked they did not pay for the fluid replacement. Did I get ripped off? Thanks

No, you didn't get ripped off, I don't believe. You were covered well and should be grateful, it seems to me. Shop materials and fluids are not normally covered on warranty and if you want to fall asleep reading the fine print somewhere, it likely states that.
