NH had a problem with internal corrosion at the battery terminals. You have enough current passing through to give you voltage but doesn't allow amps to pass. Bypass the battery cables with jumper cables and see it it works.Yes all look good and getting voltage
Jumping the starter ? Maybe a bad key switch or chewed wires somewhere..New holland would run intermittently and finally gave out. No glow plug light, no crank. Cleaned both fuel filters.
Has cracked flasher unit but not seeing how or if that would be the culprit. Any advice on what to check next?
Have crank when jumping selenoid btw.
