New Holland's Casting Breakage Problem

I have a 2003 TC30 with the 7308 loader. No problems. I move 5-6 loads of gravel every summer.

I've also wondered about this breakage problem.I have 2007 TC30 with the 7308 loader, well pleased with it.Checked bolts for loader brackets,no problems.

I think it is important to know the limitation of each particular machine. A TC-30 with a loader is more than adequate for light material and not digging hard. keeping the load low and not bouncy to avoid dynamic load and keeping the Center of gravity as low as possible with different bucket loading specialty during travel is quite important.

Several owners there have had this problem with the TC 30/33.
It appears like the 7308 loader lacks the support bracing needed and is causing frame break problems.

How many owners with this problem divided by how many sold units?

I haven't used my '01 TC30 + 7308 loader much yet, but the previous owner used it quite a bit. As I stated in another thread, two of the bolt casting were partially broken due to loose bolts. All seven bolts (one had fallen out) were finger tight or just over. I torqued all eight to the minimal spec. I plan on checking them after each use for a while.

As everyone has stated, the FEL is not a dozer. Use it for loading/unloading and you should be good. If you need to scrape, break out the boxblade.
