These days I think availability of subcontractors controls the schedule instead of the efficient way to do it.

I am pretty sure that KennyG I'd correct. Also, they are still working on trim and built ins over at the main house.

That's nothing you should see the bassakwards way they go about things in China. It's truly bizarre and they don't even know what plumbing traps are for yet. First they pour a concrete shell including all walls, floors etc. with no plumbing, no wiring, no windows or doors just grey concrete with the openings for windows and doors and go from there. Not much planning or scheduling takes place but what they do they do fast.

Dick I've made several trips to China. One time over I took a side trip to visit a friend. He wanted to show me his new apartment he had purchased telling me it was done except for the decorating. His idea of decorating and mine were a bit different as his apartment was in the state you described. Empty concrete walls and floors with no mechanicals or finishes. He had much further to go than I had imagined.
