Made lots of progress. Wiring done except garage and porch lights, plumbing drains done, most supply lines done, insulation done except foyer and garage. Most of the gas piping is done as well.
Borrowed an old rigid electric threader but couldn’t get good threads. Had to use the manual threader, go slow and use lots of oil. I’m guessing the die is worn. Cost me some time messing around with it, but eventually got on with it. Have to finish the run to the eventual generator and the hot water heaters. All of this is in the basement, so won’t hold me back on getting drywall started. Putting in two heaters, one on each end of the house. Hoping this lowers wait time on hot water and ensures we don’t run out of hot water when everyone takes showers back to back.
Glad insulation is coming to an end, hate messing with the stuff.
Didn’t get any good pics of piping, but will over the next few days.
