No, no marketing company.
The "before" pictures were taken in mid Feb. this year, just as we were closing on the house (it was late in the day by the way).
The "after" pictures were taken just recently after I finished up my work, during the middle of the day (sort of the "worst" time you coulld of taken them for the "before" and the "best" you could of taken for the "after"). Just sort of worked out that way.
Took many more pictures, and had completed other projects, and it's interesting to see what the place looked like before we started to do the work (until looking at the "before" pictures, we forgot how "nice" we had made the place look in some of the improvements (sp?).
