The ESAB 161 is cheap and will likely weld off your available 20 amp 230 volt input.
The stick only package is $480 at cyberweld.
When stick welding at 160 amps it pulls 28.5 amps. But I bet at 125 amps it's very close to the 20 amps you have to feed it.
I have two of them at the school and the students really like them. I also owned one before I bought my Thermal Arc 161.
That size machine is very capable and will run 1/8" 7018 rods in with almost no thought of the duty cycle.
