No, not even close. Most compact tractors (1, 3R, 4M/R) are built in Georgia. I think the 3Es are too. Lawn equipment is built in Wisconsin (X series garden tractors), North Carolina (commercial turf products) and Tennessee (D series, EZtrak zero turns). The 2R tractors are built by Yanmar, I assume in Japan. India builds the 5D and 5E tractors, which are from 45 to 75 horsepower and larger in dimensions than the 4 series. I don't think any compact equipment is from India.
