I figured out what the issue was. The latches that remove the loader from the frames have a set screw / bolt that determines the 'squareness' of the loader. Adjusting those so that the bucket was level and the loader itself looked straight was what was necessary. The hydraulic rams are now exactly the same length, the loader is straight and true, and the bucket is level on flat ground. One half turn is a noticeable difference, so for anyone wanting to look at their's, don't get too carried away.
