new John Deere 3038e

Does the 3038 sound like a reasonable choice for what I am wanting to do?

My primary use will be mowing and cutting (I have a 6' brush hog, would like a 7' ft finish mower), but I will also want to use a post hole digger, the loader, a rear blade for snow removal, and possibly a tiller. I have 4 acres now. Possibly up to 10 (or more) in the future, with at least 8 total expected in the next year or two.

Also, as a side note, any idea of the value of the White 1365 with loader? I was thinking $4500-5000. The only two I could find online were more expensive and had no loader.

Also, does ~$16k sound like an good price on the tractor and loader with R4s?

I wish the price was just over $16k, but here in Michigan the best price for tractor and loader is $17k, plus tax, $200.00 for cruise, and $300.00 for rim guard. They said they would throw in the drawbar ($111.00). Delivery is free though. Compliments of purchasing a new tractor. Please let us know if you do purchase and how it works. The wife said I could get one but I was waiting until this fall to purchase, after I have completed remodeling the new house we just purchased in November.
