I must be the only one old enough to remember the late 1950's when the John Deere factory guys all had yellow/green company cars. I particularly recall a 1959 demonstration of the first four and six cylinder "10" series (2010, 4010, etc) on a neighbor's farm where the rep had a "wide track" Pontiac that was advertised as the widest car ever made all decked out in yellow and green. A flat hood and trunk the size of a flatbed and rocket taillights. Even to a redneck farm boy like me it was hideous.
