Thanks to all for the input the last few months. Did the deal yesterday for a DK40HSE that will be delivered tomorrow. I have checked all brands and dealers within 60 miles and I bellieve that Kioti is not only the best buy but the best tractor available. I look forward to getting more information from all of you on how to use this machine and the different implements available.

Ordered my new DK45SE HST today from John's Tractor World in Vinita, OK. I want to thank all you guys for the information provided in this forum. It was extremely helpful as I narrowed down my choices to New Holland, Mahindra and Kioti. Eventually the features versus price and quality of the finished product made it an easy decision to buy the DK45SE. It gets here on Friday - can't wait. I've been tending to 98 acres of pasture, woods, restored prairie, horses, goats and llamas with a 1951 Ford 8N. It's served me well, but I always wanted a new tractor with a loader. After reading the different forums I got the QA bucket, a set of pallet forks and a new 6' Bush Hog.

Looking forward to joining the pack!

Welcome JayBob and RedChief, I think both of you made good choices. They are tough tractors with a lot of nice features (I really like the push button 4wd) and hopefully you will get many years of good service from them.

New DK45SE HST arrived yesterday morning. John Sellmeyer from John's Tractor Works did a great job prepping the tractor and explaining all of the operating features & maintenance requirements. He spent two hours with us to make sure we understood everything and were happy with the new tractor. Had to spend a little time bush hogging down back. the HST with cruise control is great, as is the four wheel drive and power steering. I tried digging up a couple of hedge bushes with the front loader. Might have to perfect my technique. We're really pleased with the new tractor.
