This is my first posting on this site and I appreciate any comments.
I have went full circle in my tractor search. I initially planned on buying a Mahindra 2615 4WD with loader and backhoe. After deciding that it was a good tractor but a little too small, I found a FarmTrac 360DTC (39hp) with a loader and backhoe (package deal at a pretty good price). This is a good tractor also; however, I am concerned about long-term access to parts in both Mahindra and FarmTrac.
As a result of this concern, I began looking at the Kubota L3400 and L3130; however, after driving a L4400 and a L3130 today I have decided on the L3130. The low-reverse shuttle on the L4400 seemed slow without moving to high-range. In addition, I was having problems even finding a L3400. L3130 is a great tractor for just a little more than the L3400.
I received the following quotes and I ask for input as to whether these prices are reasonable:
L3130 - $13900
Kubota 723 Loader - $4630
Kubota BC 4690 Hoe - $7300
I also have quotes on the following for aftermarket loaders and backhoe's:
Bushog
2045 Loader - $3600
BH650 Hoe - $6600
Woods
1009 Loader - $4150
1012 Loader - $4300
BH90 Hoe - $7895
Does anyone have any experience with Woods or Bushog? I have seen some good comments concerning Bushog. Are there any warranty issues if I were to pursue aftermarket implements as opposed to Kubota? Any recommendations?
Thanks,
