Yep, The owner of the Dealerships has another location and that mechanic fixed me up and did a great job. I added some Opti-Lube XPD to the fuel and it is running great.

I am currently trying to find a good cover for it.

I have lots of wooded trails and hills on my property and I am surprised by how nimble the new 1100C Kubota is.

The dealership location I purchased it from still forgot the tow hitch and the door lock keys and it only took about 5 attempts to get them, but I finally got everything resolved with the help of the owner.

I'm shocked the way service has just fallen apart in this country. The only reason that you don't have the hitch and door keys is that they didn't give enough of a hoot to get them to you. I'm glad the owner helped you out, sounds like he needs to do some housecleaning.

I agree Colonel.

The owner is a super nice guy who believes in helping out his employees and looking after his clients, but the team at his one dealership has to be seen to be believed. I did finally get the hitch after the sales person forgot it 5 times, however I am still waiting for the door lock keys three weeks after the initial delivery. You almost have to wonder what they are drinking and or smoking over there.:confused2:

It is amazing that the original dealership has not made any effort to recover even after the owner who works at another location took over the process and bailed them out.

I guess they don't expect to see me again or simply don't care.
