+1 on that, I did that to my L3400HST and I am very glad I did. Best mod to my tractor I have made!Really nice tractor, and the first thing I would do is buy a gallon of Herculiner, and coat that floorboard. I've used it on multiple applications, and it's great to protect the base paint washes off well when you get it dirt, as well as looks cool too. It really finishes off the looks of your tractor. You just rough up the paint a little with scotch brite, mask off those adjoining surfaces you don't want coating on and roll it on after dabbing it on along the edges. You'll need to do two coats, but the stuff is great. Best $80 bucks I ever spent, and you'll have some left over for other projects. I found the best price at an Ace Hardware in my area. By the way if you do it be sure and put something under the tractor to catch any droppings through the holes. Once that Herculiner sticks to a concrete slab it's a mess. Trust me.

Here is pix of the pickup bed liner I put on my Plasticote brand of pickup bed liner, $45 per gallon at TSC
This was taken after it was applied for about a month and the tractor was dirty. When clean it is quite a bit "brighter"

Hey I like that! How much of the gallon can did it take?
