New L4240 Ordered

Ordered one of last few l4240s left on the east coast.
HST+, Filled R4s, loader, Backhoe with mechanical thumb, Three rear remotes, Top and Tilt.
It'll take about three or four weeks before delivery.

Trading in my test tractor unless one you folks would like to buy it?
L3800 HST, Loader, SSQA, welded bucket hooks, Backhoe with 16" bucket, mechanical thumb, Four remotes, Loader plumbed for grapple, Top and Tilt. Only 50 hours on the clock.

Found out that I needed more loader lift capacity. Otherwise the L3800 is a great tractor.
Dealer offered $23,800 if anyone is interested PM me.

Congrats, it sounds like you are getting it equipped nicely. The 4240 will be a nice step up for you.

Congratulations!:thumbsup: I see another "test tractor" believer/subscriber. You usually get the right one the second time until the work situations change. Then one can always keep the one they have and buy a brother/another or trade the one they have for another new different one.:cool2: :licking:
Along my trading path I had a L3240 HST+ and your new one will be double or more better for you with the Deluxe features of the Kubota GRAND and the increase in HP.:drink:

I ordered L4240 on 5/10. I also had a test tractor (B7800). It was great little tractor but had a very hard time with round bales. I am still waiting for delivery. I hope your wait is shorter then expected. Congrats

I'm not in any big hurry......Just glad that I was able to get a L4240 and not one of the new 60 series

I had to call around to find one also. I was looking to purchase a 3940 but couldn't find one so when I found the 4240, I jumped on it.

My dealer has a 4240 and 4740 on his lot. There are probably more around back.
