So, went and looked at the 5035 yesterday. It was in very nice condition. Drove it around and felt very comfortable with it. I put a deposit on it an plan to pick it up next week. Thanks for all the help everyone. It is much bigger than I was first considering, but given the property, it is clearly what is needed. I may even fill the tires for more weight and stability.

You may need a Plastic Surgeon .................. To remove that perpetual smile from your face!

Definitely fill the rear tires if planning FEL work. Congrats on the purchase. Pictures of course. :)

Doc, Glad you found something that will work for you. I agree with filling the tires before you find out why you need to. Take your time and stay safe.

Here is the pic of the toplink.

Awesome. I've never saw anything like that before!!!! -------
I guess you have never had an old Massey Ferguson. Some of the many MF's that I owned in the distant past had that two hole ball in the lift arms. One hole is 7/8" the other is 1-1/8".

Nope haven't. Sounds like if I did I it would have been luck of the draw to get one with this setup. I see serious wear problems in the lift arms. Top Link you could get by for quite awhile.

Wasn't a problem on my MF 235, but might be why they changed to the swappable two separate balls on my last tractor.

Good luck with the tractor! I think you will love the Mahindra. As you may know, TPC is right down the road in Bloomsburg for anything you'll ever need.
