Well, I figured I would circle back here. I ended up getting the B21! I was able to get it for $12,000, which was a little more than I wanted to spend but it runs really well and has a hst vs manual shifting that was in all the other tractors that I looked at. I so far have used it to move a lot of dirt to level a large area out and have back dragged the filled areas to put a gentle slope down the hill. I also had to remove a few small bushes and trees and the backhoe made easy work of that. This weekend I have a few french drains that I need to dig assuming I actually want to be out in the cold and I need to place mulch on the areas of exposed dirt for spring landscaping. Knock on wood, I believe I will keep this tractor for atleast through early spring to knock out some more dirt moving tasks and drainage issues. Eventually I will sell this and get something that will be more for maintenance. I love this forum and seem to be learning a lot.
