Why did you buy a new hard drive? I bought a new HD for my old Latitude after the old one stopped working. I could never get Windows to run properly afterwards; it would load, but nothing would work right. I finally paid to have it looked at, only to find it was the circuitry, not the drive which was faulty. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
