New life for Gravely Snowblower

Hi! Last year My snowblower Gravely gearbox was broken. I found a good Auger and gearbox from A COLUMBIA 10-28 snowblower Same width same rotation same shaft dia. The Problem was shaft height of Gravely blower vs shaft of Columbia 10-28 Differ 2.5 in. Now I wait for snow. Good luck! Oldmech

Hi! Using my Columbia-Gravely snowblower. Not Better than original Old Gravely. But no worse. I think the most Important item is The blower(Impeller) itself. Original is very Good Big Diameter Large output near no restriction. I can snowblow 12 in. deep snow with no stop. Limited by too high first gear( 1.5 MPH) on Gravely. My Grillo 107d with first gear(.87 MPH) could work with (Probably) 18-20 in. deep. But . I am very glad with my (NEW) Columbia-Gravely snowblower. You Know. Nothing is perfect in this World. Thanks!
