New Lincoln 305g

My buddy bought a used LN25 for $1300 and used it for about 6 month's till a circuit board or something went out. It wasn't worth repairing. Generally they're pretty reliable though.

My lws gave me a price of $1919 for the ln25 and the k126 innershield gun. So I gotta make it a priority asap to grab that while the deal is still open.

Mike was that for an LN-25 Pro?
Did you see that thread on WW about the LN-25s and Miller VS feeders. Someone showed pictures of the drive wheels of the Pro. I didn't know they came with two geared drive rolls!

Yeah bud, just checked my receipt. Remember "partial order completed" lol, had me worried for a bit. I was thinking thats where the good deal came from. But it does say K126 pro.

Lincoln is stealing a page from Miller on dual drive and dual dual drive drive rolls. There's a tongue twister. Say that fast 5 times. :laughing:Their newer model wire feeders(LF series) have a similar style to Millers long established drive roll set up. The K126 Pro gun has a replaceable liner unlike the standard K126 that doesn't. Under $2000 with the K126 Pro gun is a pretty good price if it's an LN25 Pro. Up here I think they're around $2300 without the gun and around $2550 with just a MIG gun. Never sold an Innershield gun but I'd bet they're more pricey than a MIG gun, not sure though.

Quite a few months ago I was playing around with some 1/16-inch ESAB Correshield 8. My Lincoln LF-72 feeder would not feed the wire even though I was using My K-126 gun and serrated drive rolls:confused3:. It will feed .045" solid, dual shield, and flux core self shielded wire with no problems at all. I haven't tried any .052" solid yet. Funny my LN-25 has no trouble with 5/64" wire. :confused3:
