Foam fills the tires with foam - you can get it from professional tire places, though my dealer (Messicks) handled it for me. Costs a fair bit, but makes the tires puncture proof, and adds the most weight. Make sure to get the "soft" foam if you go that way.
Rim guard is a lot cheaper, gives you most of the weight, but no puncture proofing. Probably the way to go for most - I'm in the woods with poor access to tire repair, so I went lifetime.
