New Mahindra MAX 28XL

I just bought a new MAX 28XL with loader, backhoe and mower deck. I felt I got a good deal from my local dealer. They will be delivering it this Friday. It ran and worked very smooth compared to other tractors I have used. Was very impressed with it!

Welcome ! I think you will enjoy your new tractor. I have a 2415 the series before the Max series , and so far it has been a great little tractor.

I had great luck with my Jinma 254 (put over 200 hours with no problems), but I needed something to mow the lawn, something I could do everything with. The Jinma isn't as modern as the other brands, there is a lot of levers and gears and a manual fuel shut off, hard to get on and off with all that stuff in the way. It worked great for logging, it was ok for loader work just a little cumbersome shifting. When I test drove the Mahindra it was so easy to drive and use, the loader and backhoe worked smoother than our new Kubotas we use at work. I really liked the MAX 28!

Had my Mahindra 5525 for 6 years now. Still running fine. Be mowing ditches with the 5525 and the 6-ft brush hog today.

Actually, China Jinma and Mahindra was combined in China, so if your jinma tractor is newly imported, the quality is better.

I've really enjoyed my Max28XL over the past year. It has about 75 hours on it and will be a year old in May or June. I wish the MMM had wider wheels though like the smaller models. The thinner wheels tend to leave little ruts if it's at all wet. Have the dealer show you how to remove the mower if you are getting the belly mower. I've tried a couple of times with mine with no luck. Great tittle tractor though!
