New Man -TN75 Mid-Mount Hydraulics/Loader Question

Hello, I have been reading this site for awhile, but just figured out how to get registered. I have had a NH1920 for several years and recently bought a 2004 TC40 and a 2002 TN75D. Today, I purchased a BushHog M446 Loader for the TN along with a NH kit of pipes to relocate two of the rear remotes to the underside of the tractor for connecting the loader. The instructions for the plumbing kit are not very clear - only drawings, no text. I can't figure out where to mount the bracket for the relocated quick-connects and the routing of the 8 pipes. Does anyone have this setup on their TN and would be willing to answer a question or send a picture? Also, has anyone installed the loader mounting brackets (NH or BushHog) on a cab tractor who could shed some light on raising/tilting the cab to access the bolts? Thank you in advance for your help. I think if you remove some trim/padding inboard of the pedals you will find plugged holes that will allow access to the upper bellhousing mount holes. At any rate is not necessary or advisable to raise the cab to install loader brackets. You will probably have to drop the fuel tank front strap and lower the front of the tank. DO NOT overtorque the tank strap or it may pull out dropping the tank on the ground. Can't help with the tube brackets.

Thank you for the helpful information. I found the plugged holes that you mentioned today and successfully installed one of those 200lb monster loader brackets. In the process of removing the front cab support bracket to put the loader bracket in behind it, I had to unbolt the front cab mounts anyway. So, I simply jacked up the front of the cab about 2 inches to tilt it just enough to get a 3/4" drive extension and 1-3/16" socket in above the cab support bracket. Then, when I had those bolts installed and torqued to 449 ft-lbs per the instructions, I tilted the cab back down and installed the final bolt through the plugged hole. Man, that padded/insulated floormat is not very flexible.

I think that I have determined that the hard pipe remote relocation kit that I have is not intended for cab models. The instructions only list the TN-55, 60, 70, and 75 with no "D" designation and the illustrations of mounting the remote bracket do not match the underside of my tractor.

Jason good luck with that set-up. A friend of mine (John) just moved his connection points forward and to the side of the loader arm mount. He got tired of being on his knees in the mud to make the loader connection. After seeing his modification I must admit that I would do the same if I owned a TN.

My TN75D has the side loader outlets, hard plumbed into the rear remotes. If it doesn't snow too much I'll try and take some pictures tonite to post tomorrow. I believe that the newer TN's have the actual loader valves mounted by the side outlets.

Thank you - that would be most helpful. Pictures - especially of the area below the right step where the bracket mounts to hold the four quick-connects and the area where the pipes connect to the rear remotes would help me to finish the installation. The small illustrations provided with the piping kit show a mounting configuration of the bracket under the step to holes that do not exist on my tractor. I agree with you - the newer tractors that I have seen (with the black paint on drivetrain) have the actual valves mounted in this location. Good luck with the snow - I wish that we had some in Georgia to play in.

And I could use some warmth. We did get snow, only about 8-10 inches but still snowing as I type. No pictures today, but I will try tonite. the pictures you ask for should be easy to take. Look tomorrow.
