New member from Ohio

Hi there. I'm in central Ohio, as I see several others are. My first post was about a leaking cover on my hydrostat on my 345 Deere mower.

On a side note, speaking of introductions - upon registering here, I got a PM from a guy named Muhammad in California, welcoming me to the site. I sent back a PM and asked if he was muslim. I've gotten no response. Can anyone else answer this for me?

If you don't have an answer to my question, it's ok. With sending him a PM several days ago and no response, I'm guessing it may have struck a nerve, anyhow, for someone to ask him.

This forum is for talking tractors, not religious beliefs or asking others what they believe. Judge not or be judged yourself... Ey?!

Thank you for posting this. I agree, which is why I've asked the question.

I was hoping someone could just answer a simple question for me about one person, who I surmised was the owner of this site, but it seems to have struck a nerve with some. I had no intention of doing so, but the comments have been interesting. PapaPerk, by your comment it sounds as if you're speaking for the community, here. Incidentally, though, I made no mention of religion, though. My question was that of one person's political ideology. Perhaps, no one else who got the PM thought much of it.

I'd be glad for the moderators to move this to an off topic type of section if it's more appropriate. I think this is really not the subject for the "introductions" section, but chose to ask because I had a notion it was monitored by moderators. I also thought it would be a dead subject by this time.
