Having a local dealer means a lot. I burned half a tank of gas yesterday going from Greenwood to Westminster to get parts for my Massey.

Thanks vtsnowedin, My family and I lived in MA for 50 years and spend a lot of time in the NE states, Vt is a beautiful place. That model looks terrific. I have used craigs list but maybe I just haven't found the right tractor yet. Ill keep looking
Mine is a 5045E but you might want to go to a 5055 E or 5065E to get a more horse power at the PTO. A lot of newer haying equipment needs at least 40 at the PTO to run right. Same frame tractor just different tires and they put on different turbo chargers and adjust the injector metering to vary the horse power.
