New Member in NJ

I've been lurking here for a while, but wanted to finally join. I'm 29y/o in northern NJ. Bought my first house 1.5 years ago with about an acre and inherited an old F525 with the place. I put some money into it for new tires, a tune up, and some general tlc and it has been running great. Well I've had some starting problems but they are intermittent. I have a hard time getting up and down my hills with that tractor and I want something with much more functionality. So I'm in the market for a compact, which I'm hoping to purchase within the next few months. I have so many projects planned for it already!

A little about me. I'm a civilian mechanical engineer for the Army out of Picatinny and I've been there for over 6 years now. I hiked the entire Appalachian Trail Ga -> Me in 2007. I brew a lot of Beer, Mead, and Cider. Love gardening and landscaping (hence the desire for a nice tractor). Yep...that's about it.

Welcome to TBN... I used to brew beer, I quit after 600 gallons and decided to get to know the local brewery guy. I can buy it from him for about what it cost me to do a batch. After all the experiments with recipes... I was just down to brewing Nut Brown Ales anyway.
