I took advantage of the 3 year 0% deal and got a new 2210. It is being delivered Wednesday. I'm quite excited. I asked the dealer "...this is a 2005 right?" He said "...the 2210 hasn't changed for a few years so it really doesn't matter." Is that the truth? Is there any differences between 2003, 2004, and 2005?

<font color="green">The steering wheel appearance has changed over time. I have an early production model and it has the deer symbol in the center. I recall seeing a later model 2210 where it simply says John Deere on the steering wheel.

On the early production models the top link hinge plate on the transmission was not as strongly reinforced as on the later production models.

R4 tires were not available as an option for the first 2210s.

Congratulations on your new tractor. I'll bet you're excited. I was going to get a 2210 while the 0% dealer financing was in effect, but decided it was too much of a luxury item for me since I'm in the process of building my home. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif But, I now have a second window of opportunity since Deere extended the financing thru 06/27. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
