2009 Kubota GR2110, 69 Ford 3000
I know I've posted but thought it was time to introduce myself. We are located in north Texas about an hour south of the OK border. We are on 3.5 acres and I have been using the 54" Kubota to mow everything. Well, I finally decided, after borrowing a neighbors tractor and bush hog, to 'upgrade' to a tractor with a shredder to mow the 'pasture' area. I found a fairly clean Ford 3000 a couple hours from home. I am in the process of changing all fluids and getting it in top running shape. I've replaced the plugs, plug wires, rotor, dist cap and air filter so far. Last Saturday this thing was running like it was brand new. Smooth, strong, responsive. Had it idling Sunday while hooking up the mower just to move it when all of a sudden it started sputtering and missing. I could smell the gas in the exhaust. It was running on less than 3 cyl. I am convinced by that smell it has to be ignition related. I am sure I will have many questions regarding this tractor.

Thanks in advance,
Bill
