Hey Ya'll
I a new member to this site. I signed up because I just moved to my new place and I have alot more room then my last place 15 acres to be exact. I locking to buy a tractor that can do manythings such as cut grass, front loader, back hoe, box blade, etc.. If anyone has information on the best price and make I sure would be thankful. I would like a smaller sized tractor. Thanks!

Welcome to TBN! I've only been here a short while, but have already learned a great amount in that time!

I have a JD 5103 50hp utility tractor with a whole bunch of attachments. It might be a little bit more than what you're looking for, but it's a very solid all-around tractor, esp. for the price.

I've seen them recently on my local Craigslist going for less than $14K with less than 500hrs on 'em. Those were all with FEL's, too.

Good luck!

There are a myriad of threads about what you are doing. Try the forum search engine and read for awhile. It may surprise how much information is good. The only advice I offer is get to know your local dealers and talk to some of their customers and find out what kind of service and support they provide after the sale.

Welcome Dan to TractorByNet. There are many discussions on just about any type of compact tractor which I believe your referring to. To get both digger and bucket, mower options is pricy. You can shop your local area thru Craigslist, visit a dealership then research it here for the Yeahs and Nays for it. There is also reviews done that are both video and text of new equipment at the top of this page under ARTICLES. the new generation of compact tractors are the easiest yet to operate and some have easy to remove attachments which makes them easy to store. Good luck in your search. -robert

Welcome to TBN. As The kid said, read and research. Take note of the makes you see parked in the neighbors yards and if you know the folks, ask them about their choices. Then get out there and drive as many as you can. The whole process can take a while but it can be a lot of fun too. Enjoy:thumbsup:
