Did not understand it. Very hard to read with no punctuation.

Basically it says can you plug the lines on steering column that is for power assist and use as manual steering without hurting it

Not sure about plugging, maybe connect them together with a short hose.

Some hydraulic steering steering units work like a pump so you can steer if pushing or pulling the tractor with the motor not running.

Thx .picked up new bearings for old steering column.will put other on when get pump
