It could be a sticking pedal as mentioned above but there is also a calibration that can be done. It is detailed in the service manual and several threads here on it as well. Check the sticking pedals first. Also make sure there is no dirt up in the potentiometer cover on the pedals. I think there is a plastic cover you can remove and clean it out and check the connections.

The OP posted a comment 6 hours after the thread was moved so he figured that out. He only has 3 posts total so I reckon he moved on.

Like so many other threads he probably figured out the problem and just didn't follow up for the benefit of others. It's a good idea to always follow up with the corrective measures so others searching for the same issue may benefit from your lesson.
