Hello New to site was looking for information to a welder and found this site. I am Thinking of buying a used Tristar 230 ac/dc stick welder, which is actually a rebranded Century 230ac/dc welder model 110-114.
I am retired US NAVY where I was a Gas turbine Tech Mechanical. Gas turbines used for main propulsion and electrical generation. Now I am working as a equipment mechanic for an aviation refueling company at General Mitchell Airport (MKE) in Milwaukee, WI.
I Like to keep my hands busy, Hobbies include Turning wrenches (fixing things), wood working, welding and sailing.
