It might be a light ag tractor, but without mfwd, tractive effort is minimal at best. It might pull a small cultipacker or s-tine, but not even a 3 bottom and be at all productive. It would probably make a good hay or orchard tractor in twd. I'd not want to bail with it. It has no cab. I'd pull a rake though!!

Hi Robert,

I seen the TT55 real quick... so I went into the NH tent and asked for some literature on the new TC55... the rep was surprised... and said it wasn't released yet... I pointed outside... and then realized it was the TT and not the TC... /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

...without any measurements... I would place it about the same frame size as a larger TC 45 unit...

What does the "TT" stand for? (I forgot to ask the rep)

Not all ag tractors are designed for baling duty. Also, the 3010S/ TT are designed as economy models for small farmers who can't afford (or don't want to spend the money) the nice expensive TN's and such. This model is the low profile version which would work well in some vineyards and orchards as well as people who want a cheap tractor to pull a large mower for their estate.

Actually John, the TT is misleading because of the Low profile setup. It is bigger then the larger TC's but without the spec sheets I can't tell you how much larger. If it had been in a standard setup it would be closer in size to the TN's.

Did you get a chance to look over the new TS-A's? They are some nice machines and NH is thinking smart now. They had a lot of problems with the TN's when they released them so now they are holding tractors back to fine tune them before they have a QC problem like they did on the TN's. That is why the TS-A, new TC's and other new NH models are taking so long to be released.

I have a piece of literature on these tractors sitting on my desk in my office there are two models

The info is very basic no real numbers yet. The literature tells me that there are 2 models a TT55 @42hp 3 cylinder, a TT75 @59hp 4 cylinder, available in 2 or 4 wheel drive versions, 8x2 tans., roomy step deck, new styling, standard and low clearance models, tilt steering column, adjustable axles, 18.8 gpm total hydraulic system, 55 amp alternator, independent pto, wet disc brakes, model 7310 loader available, 2954 lift capacity. This is basically all I have at the moment.

Thanks for the extra info. It does have a roomy platform, however the shifters still sit above the housing so they are right in the middle of the platform but it is a economy tractor and it should be a ton better then the old version.
