which is better kit 582559901 or plug and g5 gator blades?? I need a number for the plug

I have the same tractor with fab deck (GEN II).

48" Mulch Kit

and,

48cc Mower Containment Plate Service Kit

These two kits are everything you need to convert the fabricated deck for effective mulching.
$82.52 total for both.

The Gater Blades work fine, but unnecessary with this deck, It already moves air very well. The blades with the kit work well. The air deflector kit, hasn't been needed, it's cheap, it does have purpose, if you need it.

I just did this conversion.

here's proof on the numbers and fit.










I took the deflector off, it's not necessary, the kit is designed to go on with the deflector in place according to the instructions.
