The delay in obtaining my new tractor meant my lawn was heavily over grown when I attacked it on Sunday. This wasn't a problem for my new unit, easily plowed through even the highest grass and powered up my steeper hills thanks to the locking diff (I did have to use it a couple of times).
Okay, I pulled relays and fuses, but didn't have my bifocals... I ended up grabbing the Fluke meter and doing continuity checks in fuses and found that one 10a fuse that to my bad eyes looked good, but the Fluke said no way. Changed that and got the deck motor back. Why it was blown, I have no clue. I like the cut. I don't like the BDU-10 transmission compared to my old Husqvarna that has the much stronger (going by feel, not by engineering numbers) Hydro Gear G730. That Husqvarna will out pull this big Cub Cadet every day of the week and twice on Sundays. That is undisputable.Rock,
What is the latest on the x3 cub cadet, Is it staying or is it leaving?
