I never removed my loader so can't help you there but I would call Kubota and say you need a manual for a L4200 and see what they say. Tell 'em your about to try something very risky unless they send you the manual!
I read about taking it off but can't remember anything much to tell you. A local Kubota dealer should be able to talk you through it. Kubota might have the manual online somewheres that you could download. Check 'em out with a phone call. It seems like I remember that you had to disconnect the hoses last when taking it off and and connected them first when putting it on. You used the loader stick to work the loader to where it would fit on the loader mount then eased the tractor onto the loader. Think more along the line of connecting the tractor to the loader was the way I remember it. Sorry couldn't be more help.
