Hello,

Just thought I would put my 2c in here. Purchased a CK30HST in December to use for tax purposes. The flyers and calling cards have been created and are in process of disbursement. So far I have had three calls and am working on two jobs. The third may be mine yet, we'll see how good I talked

My purpose is to perform custom small tractor work and of course take care of the 7 acres where our house is.

We are in SouthWest Idaho in case anyone else out there wants to network.

Hmmm wanted to post photo. Whenever I click on the attachment icon I get a "error on page". I will work on how to do that.

Thanks for all you who posted their knowledge. It was helpful in making my decision!

A CK30 for tax purposes??? I must be old fashioned. I still use a desktop computer, Turbotax and a calculator. I guess you could really crunch some numbers with some R1 tires.........

Please keep us posted once you find out just how much personal stuff ends up being deductible due to business use. People that work in sales (regular employees-not self employed) and work 100% out of their home can claim a myriad of deductions, including up to something like $10,000 per year to buy minor equipment for their job such as office equipment at home. You may find that all your new tools might be justified in the business. Trailers, compresssors, tools, welders, etc should be reviewed for deductibility.

Most often I have errors when I try to post too large of pict.
theres a free resizer thats easy to use available at Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP
scroll down on this link and look at lower right for resizer- once downloaded you just right click on large photos and theres a new menu option to make them smaller---helps with email too- you dont have to send annoyingly large picts to recipients
