Yes, it has done a lot but there have been times when I could have used a L4701 or even an M. Of course I would love a cab for those hot dry days when I am out using the cutter.

Lately I have been repairing and moving fences. That is where the PHD is worth its weight in gold.
I had to put in a 20' culvert to put a new road to get to the far side of the property.
There is always work to be done on the barn (3,600 Sq. Ft.) and I am putting in a door opener for the sliding door.
The wife wants more fruit trees and more flower beds.

other than that, nothing to do.

Just donkeys to protect the chickens and such now.

The previous owner built it for horses. It has 8 stalls on one end with a hay loft above. The other end was open to walk, wash, and work on them.

I am taking the stalls out on one side to put in my work shop.

Sorry for the long delay but too much to do. :laughing:

When I was growing up, a neighbor, down the road, had one out in an old shed that he used to tinker in. It had a radio and old black and white TV. His son and I spent as much time in there as he did and I never forgot that. He never had a phone out there which meant his wife would have to walk out there to get him, which meant privacy.

I was already looking to put in a toilet to go with the sink anyway so of course a bar. With cell phones today.... NO privacy.
