Great job on the KK Pallet Mover... The after looks 100% better.. I've been looking for one of these myself.. Called several of the local Tractor Supply stores and nobody has one.. I also looked at the carry-all, which they had, but that was too small for what I wanted to do... I think I'll have to make some more calls this weekend... Thanks for the pics...
Here is a forklift I made with 3' forks I got off ebay for $120 + $75 shipping. I have another $45 in it for steel. This is on an 18HP Yanmar. I just ordered a John Deere 4310, which will lift a lot more. I ran a stress analysis on it and see that I will need to beef up the upper angle iron a little. The width between forks is adjustable. One I get it finalized, I will sandblast it and paint it JD green.
