Sorry I didn't post all that info.
mfg. Case model vac serial #5452458 built sometime in 1950. plans are to restore it. It need a lot of work.

It looks good at a distance, but the paint is fresh over rust and globs of 30 years of grease. I had second thoughts of buying it for that reason. it needs to be sand blasted and then repainted. it has a makeshift gas tank that will have to be replaced rear tires need to be replaced, seal on left rear axle and a few other things. problem is I have 2 others tractors on the same list to restore. and I need another building to do the work in.

That painting over 'rust and 30 years of grease gobs' could be a blessing in disguise. At least you're sure it wasn't taken apart and reassembled 'inappropriately'! (I hope).
