New Road and Bridge Pictures

I finally have a good start on the 1/2 mile road, and bridge. The 354 tractor has been through alot during this project. We have put in over 340 tons of gravel, and still have maybe a 100 tons to go. All the gravel had to be hauled in using my new 10,000 lb dump trailer, no way to get a dump truck off the main road and in where we need the stone. Several places needed culverts, and others I think I will just let the flood waters go across. To these areas we added railroad ties in the bottom and then a layer of #2, and another layer of #4. I am very worried as to what will happen when the first floods start, hope all this work, and money will not be washed away. I have about 53 pictures, some are of the bridge, a long string of pictures starting at the bridge and up the road to the main road. By the looks of pics you have fighting chance if the high water should happen...yup at first it's kinda hard to justify putting all that time and money into the ground,but boy ole boy it does feel good when it works out alright tho.
